Quickest way: open Stitch Scroll, tap the gear for Settings, then Delete my account. It takes a few seconds and removes everything in your account.
No longer have the app?
Email will@digirunestudios.com from the email address on your Apple or Google account, with the subject "Delete my Stitch Scroll account". We will delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in record.
- Your patterns, page photos, counts and corrections stored in your account.
- Your Scan Credit balance, including credits you have not used.
What is kept
A record of each purchase (never card details), kept so a purchase is never credited twice. Purchase records the Apple App Store or Google Play keep under their own rules. Patterns already on a device stay on that device until you delete the app.
